Bernd Meyer (degree in finance)

Tax consultant

Bernd worked for the Hesse "Finanzverwaltung" (fiscal authority) for 20 years, of which ten were spent in the income tax department of the Frankfurt am Main "Oberfinanzdirektion" (regional tax office). He passed the professional examination for tax consultants in 1991. After several years of working as a freelancer, Bernd joined the audit and tax consulting firm Dr. Dornbach Treuhand GmbH, Bad Homburg, as a managing partner in January 1999.

His core interests and activities lie in the areas of corporate succession and estate succession, company restructuring, as well as tax consulting during the sale and acquisition of companies. He is also involved with conducting fiscal court proceedings. Bernd's research-oriented profile is completed by a wide variety of publications in relevant professional/specialist journals.
