Christoph Schlossmann advises national and international clients with a focus on commercial and corporate law. He specializes in domestic and cross-border private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate set-ups of any kind, general corporate housekeeping matters as well as corporate restructurings.

Before joining DORNBACH GmbH Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft in November 2021, Christoph Schlossmann worked as a lawyer/associate at Buschmann Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater.

Christoph Schlossmann studied law at the University of Göttingen with a focus on corporate law. He passed his First State Exam in 2014 and his Second State Exam in 2017. Afterwards, he obtained his LL.M. degree in commercial law at the University of Cape Town in South Africa.

Christoph Schlossmann qualified as a German Rechtsanwalt in 2018.
