Tax Advisor, Managing Partner

Mr Feldmann started his job at ALPERS & STENGER GMBH (today ALPERS WESSEL DORNBACH GMBH) in Hamburg in 2008 while studying Business Administration, and has been a member of the tax consulting firm team since 2011.

After passing the tax consultancy examination in January 2014, Mr Feldmann was appointed as a tax advisor. In the same year he was granted power of attorney and has been a managing partner of the Hamburg office since 1 January 2019.

Mr Feldmann advises medium-sized and large companies as well as wealthy individuals on all matters concerning current taxation and tax structuring. As an expert in the areas of venture capital and private equity, he specialises in advice for funds, selected start-ups and private and commercial investors in structural and current tax issues.
