Dr. jur. Franz Peter Gallois

Dr. Gallois studied in Mainz and passed the state exams in 1981 and 1983 with distinction. During his legal training period, he received his doctorate at the Johannes Gutenberg University under Prof. Dr. H. H. Rupp with a dissertation on public law.

In 1983, he joined law firm Rohwedder und Kollegen, Mainz as a partner and mainly worked with public and private construction law clients. In 1998 he founded the law firm GTK Rechtsanwälte together with lawyer Oliver Trinkl. This law firm was incorporated into the DORNBACH Group under the name DORNBACH GTK RECHTSANWALTS GMBH in 2018.

Dr. Gallois was named by Focus magazine as the top lawyer in the field of construction and architectural law in 2017 and 2018. He is a permanent contributor to the IBR Immobilien und Baurecht (Real Estate and Construction Law) magazine (IBR-online), where he comments on rulings from the field of public and private building law.

He has been the trusted attorney of the BDA Bund Deutscher Architekten (Association of German Architects) since 2016. Here, he gives lectures at further education events, as well as at the VfA (Association of Freelance Architects) and the Forschungsstelle Rutschungen e.V. (Rutschung Research Centre) at Johannes-Gutenberg-Universität Mainz.
