A. Fundamentals and purpose of data processing

I have been informed by the listed company of the DORNBACH Group (hereinafter also referred to as "DORNBACH") of the following points:

• The processing (for example, collection, storage, transmission, use) of personal data is permitted if these operations are permitted by law or if you have consent.
• DORNBACH intends to process the data you have provided or collected for advertising purposes.
• Advertising is done by post, electronically (e-mail), by SMS or by phone call.
• The advertising measures relate to newsletters, newsletters, invitations and announcements about events organized by DORNBACH and the companies listed in the DORNBACH Group.
• Advertising is not only provided by DORNBACH, but also by the companies of the DORNBACH Group listed in the Appendix. For the purpose of advertising mentioned above, your personal data will be transmitted to the companies named in the DORNBACH Group and processed by them for advertising purposes.
• You are entitled to information about your personal data processed by DORBBACH and to the information specified in Article 15 (1) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Because of this information, any further explanations or any request for correction, deletion, opposition, restriction of processing or transfer of your personal data, please contact the contact details shown under B.

B. Consent to the data processing described under A. according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a, 7 EU General Data Protection Regulation

By ticking this box, I give my express and voluntary consent that DORNBACH GmbH and the companies of the DORNBACH Group listed in the Appendix may process my personal data until further notice for the purposes set out under A. The performance of the contract, including the provision of services, does not depend on the submission of this declaration of consent. This declaration of consent is without prejudice to the possibility of recourse to statutory authorization for data processing. The declaration of consent can be revoked in whole or in part at any time with effect for the future, without causing any disadvantages for you. In the case of revocation, your personal data may no longer be processed for the above purposes and must be deleted.
