After studying law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn, Ms. Hollnack was first admitted to the bar in 2000 and practiced law in Aachen until 2007.
From 2008 to 2015, she was in-house counsel and negotiator for budget negotiations with hospitals for the AOK Directorate Rhineland-Palatinate/Saarland. From 2016 until the end of August 2023, Ms. Hollnack headed the Hospital Financing, Hospital Law Department at the Ministry of Science and Health of Rhineland-Palatinate.
