Saarbrücken – Big things come from small beginnings

What began in 2003 with a small misunderstanding and just two employees has grown into a real success story: today, our Saarbrücken branch has around 80 colleagues and is one of the major locations within the DORNBACH Group.

Our journey has been marked by steady growth, entrepreneurial courage, and a willingness to take our own – sometimes unconventional – path. Back in 2013, the team moved into modern offices at the Eurobahnhof with 20 employees. Since 2022, we’ve been working in our very own purpose-built office building – a milestone that symbolises our development.

From the very beginning, it was important to us not only to deliver excellent professional work but also to foster a special team culture. Our flat hierarchies, close connections with local universities, and early investments in specialisations and cross-location responsibilities have helped us build a strong, well-connected team.

What sets us apart? Strong solidarity, high commitment, and a pronounced team spirit. Legendary events on our rooftop terrace, spontaneous lunch barbecues, company outings, and family festivals are just as much a part of it as our shared dedication to supporting our clients with passion and quality.

Saarbrücken stays young – not just at heart, but also in age: with an average age of around 35, we combine experience with fresh ideas. Many colleagues from the early days are still with us, which makes us particularly proud.
