DORNBACH Munich unites highly qualified tax consultants, auditors and lawyers at the Munich office. Here, a team of about 35 employees develops first-class solutions. Multidisciplinary, always with an eye on all commercial, tax and legal aspects and with clearly defined specialisation areas.
Topics covering several specialisms need interdisciplinary advice. We accompany our customer companies on their way from foundation through bookkeeping, annual financial statement, tax returns, and from M&A (asset & share deal, due diligence, structuring) and company transactions (conversions, mergers etc.) right up to the sale or ending of the company. The accounting system of a company not only demonstrates its past, but is also the foundation of entrepreneurial decisions for the future. In all cases, comprehensive and forward-looking tax and legal advice and planning is essential in order to avoid unnecessary taxes. Capital investment products (conception, auditing, continuous support) are also available to round off our range of advice.
Along with advice on general corporate tax and civil law, the focus is on all aspects to do with real estate, renewable energy and investment funds. This comprises advice for property developers, project developers, portfolio holders and capital management companies. Fund initiators, the funds themselves and their property companies, institutional investors, insurance companies and family offices. There is special expertise available for further sectors such as pharmaceutics, health care, hotel industry, publishers, car part dealers, workshop equipment, commerce and general services.
The Munich company has been built up continuously from 2009 onwards by Christine Huber, Kai König and Humbert Lechner. In 2011 Winfried Figna, another former Ernst & Young colleague, joined them as managing director. Over a period of ten years, the original staff of 4 then increased to 35 colleagues, who – including by the managing director - mainly support medium-sized clients, with a clear focus on continuous, personal work with clients.
