After completing a banking apprenticeship and studying Business Administration at the University of Cologne, Mr Bührer started auditing and tax consulting for a multidisciplinary law firm in Munich.

Since then, Mr Bührer has provided advice in all matters concerning corporate tax law: his specialist areas include accounting issues in accordance with HGB and IFRS, advice concerning national and international restructuring / acquisitions, business succession consulting, real estate taxation law and tax valuation topics.

Mr Bührer regularly publishes expert contributions on tax and accounting topics.

Since the beginning of 2019, Mr Bührer has been the managing partner of DORNBACH GMBH in Munich.
