After completing a banking apprenticeship and studying Business Administration at the University of Cologne, Mr Bührer started auditing and tax consulting for a multidisciplinary law firm in Munich.

Since then, Mr Bührer has advised on all aspects of corporate tax law: accounting issues in accordance with HGB and IFRS, advice on national and cross-border restructurings/acquisitions, corporate succession advice. Real estate tax law and tax valuation issues are particular areas of focus.

Mr Bührer regularly publishes expert contributions on tax and accounting topics.

Since the beginning of 2019, Mr Bührer has been the Managing Partner of DORNBACH GMBH in Munich.
