Daniel ter Braak advises medium-sized companies and large corporations on all aspects of the transfer pricing life cycle. This includes the planning and conceptual design of a company-wide standardised and consistent transfer pricing system, its implementation and operationalisation and its continual adjustment to the specific requirements of the company group in question. In addition, Daniel ter Braak supports clients in fulfilling national and international compliance requirements (for example, the preparation and inspection of transfer pricing documentation as well as country-by-country reporting). Daniel ter Braak also oversees regular audits as well as unilateral and multilateral dispute resolution procedures from a transfer pricing perspective and offers support for special matters relating to transfer pricing such as function relocation. Daniel ter Braak has a particular sector focus in the pharmaceutical industry as well as the automotive supplier and plastic industries.
After completing his Master of Arts (MA) in Economics at the Universities of Göttingen and San Diego, among others, Daniel ter Braak began his career in the field of transfer pricing in 2011 at EY at the Cologne location, where he was employed until June 2022, most recently at Senior Manager Transfer Pricing. Alongside his employment, Daniel ter Braak also completed the Chartered Financial Analyst program, which he successfully finished in 2015.
Since 1 July 2022, he has been employed at DORNBACH GmbH as Director Transfer Pricing.
