Ralf Komp studied law and business administration and received his doctorate on a topic related to stock corporation law. He began his professional career as a lawyer with a large international law firm in Cologne. Here he was mainly involved in corporate and company law, advising on corporate transactions (mergers & acquisitions) and litigation. He then moved to a well-known bank in Frankfurt am Main with a focus on banking law, especially corporate and acquisition financing.
Ralf Komp has been working as a lawyer at DORNBACH since 2016. Here he advises on all questions of corporate and company law, on corporate transactions, reorganizations and other restructurings as well as the transfer of business and private assets. This also includes corporate and asset succession, including inheritance and family law aspects.
As a notary public, he is particularly active in the areas of corporate and real estate law as well as in inheritance and family law. He is available to companies and also private individuals for all questions and arrangements that require notarial work.
