After studying Economics at the University of Leipzig, majoring in accounting and statistics, Ms Richter began her professional career in the tax department of a large auditing company in Stuttgart. After successfully passing her professional examinations, she returned to Saxony and worked for various tax consulting companies in Dresden and the surrounding area. Ms Richter has been working as a tax advisor in Pirna since 2003, and has been the Managing Director since 2011.

Ms Richter is a specialist consultant for corporate succession (DStV e.V.).
