Dipl.-Kaufmann Marc Faber
Tax Advisor
After completing his studies in Business Administration with a focus on tax law and auditing at Saarland University, Mr Faber worked for Ernst & Young in the Audit practice from 2007 to 2014. During this time, he was primarily engaged in the audit of annual and consolidated financial statements of large corporations, with a particular focus on the automotive sector.
Following his appointment as a Certified Tax Advisor (Steuerberater) in 2013 and subsequent positions at medium-sized tax advisory firms, Mr Faber has been working in tax advisory at DORNBACH since early 2022. He has been a member of the management team since 2023 and has served as a Managing Partner since 2024.
His professional focus is on tax and business advisory services for medium-sized enterprises across a wide range of industries.
He has particular expertise in proactive tax structuring and defence advisory, tax-driven corporate restructurings and reorganisations, as well as in the area of non-profit organisations. His responsibilities also include the performance of tax due diligence in the context of planned acquisitions.
In addition, succession planning and structuring, particularly for high-net-worth individuals, constitutes another key area of his professional activities.
