Kristina Dorothea Forster

Ms. Forster studied at Philipps University of Marburg and Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz from October 2013 to June 2019. She completed her first state law examination with honors in January 2019. Ms. Forster also passed her university specialization exam in international private law and family and inheritance law with distinction in June 2019.

From November 2019 to November 2021, she completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Koblenz. During this time, Ms. Forster worked for Mainz University Medical Center and medium-sized law firms in Mainz and Wiesbaden specializing in medical and medical criminal law. Ms. Forster again passed her second state law examination with honors in November 2021, specializing in civil law.

Between October 2020 and April 2024, Ms. Forster worked as a research assistant at a chair for civil law, commercial law, and German and European economic law in Mainz, where she led working groups in the field of civil law.

As part of her doctoral studies, Ms. Forster is examining the contribution of healthcare providers to the clarification of facts in medical malpractice lawsuits.

She was admitted to the bar in September 2024. Ms. Forster's practice focuses on medical and health law as well as health economics and business management consulting in the healthcare sector. In particular, Ms. Forster supports transformation projects for hospitals, rehabilitation and nursing facilities, and other companies in the healthcare and nursing sector.
