Melina Hoyer

Lawyer

Studied law at the University of Augsburg, specializing in international and European criminal law. Subsequently completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Munich Higher Regional Court; has been a fully licensed attorney since 2024.

Thereafter worked as a research assistant at an international multidisciplinary business and consulting firm in Munich, focusing in particular on tax law, M&A, and corporate law.

From September 2025 to August 2026, served as in-house counsel at a municipal energy utility. There, she headed the legal department and advised management on corporate law, regulatory, and energy industry matters. She also handled out-of-court and in-court legal disputes on behalf of the company.

Joined DORNBACH in September 2026. Admitted to the bar in 2026.
