Mr Scholer obtained his law degree at Saarland University with ‘German and International Contract and Commercial Law’ as his area of specialisation. At the end of 2017, he completed his studies by passing the first state examination in law.

Between March 2018 and March 2020, Mr Scholer completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Saarbrücken with rotations in Saarbrücken, Frankfurt and Luxembourg.

For many years during his studies and legal clerkship, he additionally worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Intellectual Property Law, German and European Legal History of Professor Hannes Ludyga M.A.

In May 2020, Mr Scholer was admitted to the bar and initially worked as a lawyer at the law firm KHH Legal Kropp, Haag, Hübinger Rechtsanwälte. Since November 2021, Mr Scholer has been working at DORNBACH, where he advises mostly small and medium-sized enterprises on general civil law matters as well as commercial and corporate law matters.
