After completing her studies at Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen in Giessen, Ms Mandru-Meyer began her professional career in 2014 as a tax assistant with a medium-sized tax advisory firm in Giessen. From 2016 to 2020, she subsequently built up extensive professional expertise in the planning and execution of statutory and group audits at a medium-sized audit firm in Biedenkopf. In 2019, she was appointed as a Certified Tax Advisor (Steuerberaterin).

In October 2020, Ms Mandru-Meyer joined DORNBACH GmbH as a Certified Tax Advisor. In 2022, she was granted power of attorney (Prokura) and has been serving as Managing Director of the company since 2023. As of 1 January 2024, Ms Mandru-Meyer has been a Managing Partner of Dornbach GmbH, Bad Homburg, and in June 2024 she was appointed as a Certified Public Auditor (Wirtschaftsprüferin).

Throughout her professional career, Ms Mandru-Meyer has primarily been involved in the audit of annual and consolidated financial statements of medium-sized and large companies and corporate groups of various legal forms. In addition, her responsibilities have included tax and business advisory services for medium-sized enterprises of all sizes and legal structures.

Her professional focus lies in tax and business advisory services for companies across a wide range of industries, particularly in the IT, automotive, services and wholesale sectors, as well as the real estate industry. She also has extensive expertise in sustainability reporting and assurance, including the collection, preparation, communication and assessment of non-financial ESG data, and has made this competence a core element of her corporate and audit advisory services.
