After studying Economics at the University of Wuppertal and passing the exam as a tax advisor, Ms Wilks was initially employed as a certified public accountant at KUBAK & PARTNER GBR, amongst other things, and became a partner of KUBAK & PARTNER GBR and managing partner of H.-D. KUBAK GMBH in Solingen after passing the auditor's examination in 2005.

Both companies have been part of the DORNBACH Group since July 2015.

The main focus of her work is carrying out classic year-end audits and looking after the preparation of year-end audits, primarily for companies in the manufacturing industry (focussing on the automotive industry) as well as service and trading companies. Another main focus is on tax-related design consultancy for small and medium-sized companies as well as supervising of international clients on the subject of international tax law and reporting.
