Rainer Zimmermann

Certified Public Accountant, Tax Advisor, Managing Partner

After studying business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Worms (University of Applied Sciences), Rainer Zimmermann worked for Bacher & Partner GmbH in Eitorf and Bonn from 1995. He was appointed tax consultant in 1999 and auditor in 2003.
He mainly advises medium-sized enterprises (capital companies and partnerships) on matters of organisation and succession as well as inheritance and gift tax matters.
Mr. Zimmermann is a lecturer in specialist consultant training (execution of wills and estate administration) at the German Tax Adviser Institute and also publishes articles in books and journals. He is also a member of the German Association for Inheritance Law and Asset Succession.


Since 2004 he has been managing director and since 2008 managing partner of Bacher & Partner GmbH. On January 1, 2024, Bacher & Partner GmbH joined the DORNBACH Group and will henceforth be known as BACHER DORNBACH GmbH, for which Mr. Zimmermann will continue to work as Managing Partner.
