In 1990, Eduard Kollar joined HKP as an employee and developed the business acquisitions and mergers areas, as well as corporate succession and looking after non-profit companies. He was appointed as an auditor in 1993, and was accepted as a shareholder of DORNBACH GMBH. He also qualified as a quality control inspector in 2001.

As well as auditing, Mr Kollar also specialises in giving tax and business advice to medium-sized companies.

Companies from the mechanical engineering, printing and media industries as well as information technology, professional associations and foundations are among the clientèle who are looked after by Mr Kollar.
