Eduard Kollar, born in 1957, studied Business Administration in Frankfurt and began his professional career with a major auditing firm, where he worked for six years. He was admitted as a certified tax advisor in 1989.

In 1990, Mr. Kollar joined HKP GmbH & Co. KG WPG/StBG (legal predecessor of DORNBACH GmbH WPG/StBG in Darmstadt) as an employee, where he was instrumental in developing the service areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate succession, and advisory services for non-profit organizations. He was appointed as a certified public auditor in 1993 and became a partner of DORNBACH GmbH in the same year. In 2001, he additionally qualified as a quality control reviewer.

In addition to auditing, Mr. Kollar’s core area of expertise lies in providing comprehensive tax and business advisory services to medium-sized family-owned enterprises.

His client portfolio includes companies in mechanical engineering, printing and media, and information technology, as well as professional associations and foundations.
