Tax Advisor, Managing Partner

Following his admission as a certified tax advisor in April 2003, Mr. Henning joined what is now DORNBACH GmbH in Bad Homburg v. d. H. in July 2003 as a tax advisor. He was granted power of attorney (Prokurist) in April 2004 and admitted to the partnership as a limited (silent) partner in 2007. In October 2009, he became an equity partner and was appointed Managing Director in November 2010.

Mr. Henning’s professional qualification is based on a solid career path, beginning with his training as a tax clerk in 1993, followed by his qualification as a certified tax specialist (Steuerfachwirt) in 1998, and culminating in his appointment as a certified tax advisor in 2003.

He advises predominantly medium-sized enterprises on tax and business matters and is also active in the field of auditing. His advisory focus includes comprehensive tax structuring as well as strategic and operational business consulting. His client base comprises companies in the automotive sector, service and wholesale industries, as well as members of the liberal professions, particularly physicians and pharmacists.
